Richard commenced at Genworth in 2008 and brings over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry to his role as Partnership and Distribution Leader. During this time he has worked across all areas of mortgage lending including business development, operations and over seven years in the third party channel.
Developing strong customer relationships with key partners and providing excellent customer service is fundamental to Richard's role.Back to top

Clair joined Genworth in 2005 and has performed a number of roles including Senior Project Manager and Corporate Relationship Manager developing close relationships with customers in both the major and regional segments. For a two year period, Clair held the position in our Operations department of Homeowner Assistance Program Manager overseeing our Hardship Program and creating the Borrower Sale Program.
Returning to the Partnership and Distribution team in late 2014, Clair has established the Partnership area. Responsible for tracking our contract and joint initiatives work with customers, establishing procedures and working closely with all internal departments in particular IT, Operations and Risk to deliver on our customer commitments.Back to top

Graham has worked at Genworth for over 28 years and has been an integral part of the business. During his tenure, he has held a variety of senior roles on a segment and national level including establishing the New Zealand operations in the late 1990’s.
Graham has extensive experience in the banking and finance industries. Prior to joining Genworth he has worked for ANZ, Metway and Suncorp and is a Fellow of the MFAA and AM Institute, and Senior Fellow of Finsia. Based out of the Brisbane office, he is responsible for managing the Queensland based customers and the mutual segment customers nationally.
Graham is a key member of the Genworth team and a strong golfer on the weekends.Back to top

Natasha joined Genworth in 2017, bringing a wealth of experience in client management across the payments, insurance and legal industries. Combining her passion for understanding clients with her ability to drive strategy execution and change initiatives, Natasha is focussed on driving strong customer relationships, enhancing the customer experience and improving business engagement. Prior to joining Genworth, Natasha lead the Client Experience team at Cuscal and held a role as Strategic Relationship Manager in the Insurance sector.
In her role as Regional Manager, Natasha provides overall direction for the development and execution of distribution strategy of the business to retain and grow existing customers and successfully engage new customers.Back to top

Strachan joined Genworth in 2017, bringing over 20 years’ experience across many aspects of banking and finance. Strachan has previously worked at Advance Bank, St.George, Westpac, One Big Switch, Loan Market and most recently at Woolworths broadening their financial services offerings. Strachan understands the importance of customer centricity with hands on experience across banking operations, mortgage broking, sales and marketing.
In his role as Regional Manager, Strachan provides overall direction for the development and execution of distribution strategy of the business to retain and grow existing customers and successfully bring on new customers.Back to top

Jo joined Genworth in 2005, as New Zealand Sales Manager. Having spent over 18 years in the mortgage industry her experience is varied, having had roles in lending management, business development, wealth management and a period as a self-employed broker.
In March 2010, Jo joined the Australian team and commenced as a Corporate Relationship Manager, NSW & NZ. In 2011 Jo relocated to Victoria continuing as a Corporate Relationship Manager. Working alongside some of Genworth's key customers, Jo's focus is on understanding lenders' key strategic goals and finding ways to optimise joint opportunities.
Of prime importance to Jo is the ability to build strong relationships with her customers, allowing for greater effectiveness in supporting their needs.Back to top
Laura joined Genworth as a Relationship Manager in 2012 bringing with her over 17 years of experience in banking and financial services. Her previous career has included roles in Retail and Wholesale banking, analytics and risk management.
In her current role as Corporate Relationship Manager, Laura’s strong customer service and leadership skills ensure a demonstrated best value and experience for customers. She prides herself on building and strengthening relationships with all stakeholders and is an passionate advocate for all her customers.Back to top

Bec joined Genworth in February 2012 as a Risk Analyst. After a successful period establishing herself as a valued member of the Risk team, Bec transitioned to the role of Genworth’s Commercial Integration Manager. Bec has 11 years’ experience within the banking and finance industry. Prior to joining Genworth, Bec worked in the UK in a variety of statistical and analytical roles, including Retail Banking and Executive Reporting at The Royal Bank of Scotland.
In her current role as Corporate Relationship Manager, Bec brings a wealth of IT and Risk expertise from her previous roles, as well as a number of established customer relationships. Bec is very passionate and focussed on delivering exceptional customer service and strives to truly understand customer needs. Maintaining and building strong customer relationships and providing valuable customer support is Bec’s primary objective in her role as CRM.Back to top

Annabel joined Genworth in May 2013 and has 11 years' experience within the banking and finance industry. Prior to joining Genworth, Annabel worked as a Mortgage Broker with Mortgage Choice in addition to 5 years experience in an array of roles including Home Finance Manager and Local Business Banker within Westpac’s Retail Banking sector.

Jay joined Genworth in 2006 and has been an integral part of the business for over 10 years. During his tenure, he has held a variety of technical and operational roles which has provided a vast knowledge of Genworth’s policies, processes and systems.
In 2012, Jay joined the Partnership and Distribution team where his extensive experience has enabled Jay to provide customers with a superior customer experience. Jay focuses on supporting customers by driving their initiatives with key internal stakeholders to ensure Genworth consistently delivers them the best possible outcome.

Gavin joined the Genworth Sales Team as a Relationship Manager in 2004, after migrating to Australia from the UK. Prior to coming to Australia, Gavin worked as a Sales Manager for the Payment Protection arm of Genworth Financial in the UK.
In his current role, Gavin manages one of Genworth's key relationships; working closely with the customer to resolve day to day issues; partnering to implement strategy, and crucially ensuring overall that the customer receives the best possible service from Genworth, across all fronts.Back to top

Brendon is a long-standing member of Genworth’s Partnership and Distribution Team, having been with Genworth for over 20 years. Over this time, Brendon has developed and maintained close relationships with his customers and provides the highest level of support and service. Brendon works primarily with our Queensland and Western Australia based customers.

David joined Genworth in 2013 and has 10 years’ experience across the financial services industry. Joining the Partnership and Distribution team in 2015 as our Commercial Integration specialist, his primary focus was on the development and expansion of the Genworth eLMI Portal. Prior to joining Genworth, David worked in accounting, pricing and project roles for both the Royal Bank of Canada and JP Morgan in the UK, Malaysia and Australia.
In his current role reporting to the Regional Manager - NSW & ACT, David focuses on driving and supporting customer initiatives across the business. He prides himself on building strong customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.Back to top
