Arrears Management Tool

Genworth has recently implemented a new front-end arrears management tool to assist with expediting the download of our customers' arrears reports, while also assisting us with understanding hardship and remedial management opportunities.

To enable Genworth to effectively utilise this new technology, we will be requesting that our Lenders report their 90 day arrears through a standard Genworth arrears report template.
