In order to make the submission of an LMI proposal more efficient, the checklists below provide you with details of the relevant documentation and the order that it needs be sent to Genworth.

Proposal and Variation Forms

For Lenders use in applying for LMI on a new loan, or to make an amendment to an existing LMI policy.

Hardship

Since its inception in 2006, Genworth’s Hardship Solutions Unit has helped over 13,000 borrowers stay in their homes through times of financial difficulty.

Arrears Reporting

To ensure speedy processing of customers' arrears reports, and to help us better identify hardship opportunities, we ask that all customers report arrears using a standard template.

Cancellations

The lender should advise Genworth as soon as the loan has been fully repaid so that the policy can be cancelled in our system and any refund due calculated.

Claim Form

In the unfortunate event of a claim, please complete the claim form and ancillary information and forward to Genworth.
